Hair How-to: Side Braid

Braids are gracing the red carpets, cat walks and side walks everywhere.  Here’s a quick how-to for an easy side braid that works with most hair lengths and features hair care and styling products by Cibu:

Step 1

Start with freshly washed hair & de-tangle with our fav- The Wet Brush from ends to roots.

Step 2

Next, add a pump of Cibu Mousse Lee to your roots to give some lift and texture.

Step 3

Prep & protect your hair with Cibu Drynamic prior to blow drying.

Step 4

After hair is dry, start your side braid with 3 pieces from the front. Pull pieces from each side as you work your way down.

Step 5

Once your braid is complete, lightly pull at each cross over to give your braid some bulk.

Step 6

Tie braid end with elastic and pin to the back underneath loose hair to conceal.

Step 7

Set your style with Cibu Finista hairspray and Voila!
